Open Enrollment

Welcome to Princeton Public Schools and thank you for your interest in open enrolling your child in our district!

Open enrollment is Minnesota’s program that allows students to access schools that are not within their resident district. Princeton Public Schools' programming and schools are available to students from outside the district through Minnesota’s open enrollment program. The application period is typically December 1 through January 15, but we accept open enrollment applications at any time. Students applying for the current year are accepted and enrolled immediately in most cases.

To apply please download and complete the Open Enrollment form. If you would like to verify your school district based upon your street address, please enter your address into the MN SOS Pollfinder website.

Applications can be returned to your enrolling school or to the Princeton District Center at 706 1st Street, Princeton, MN 55371. Additionally, applications can be emailed to emily.mckinnon@isd477.org or faxed to 763-389-9142.
