Welcome to the 2016-17 School Year Returning Home School Families and New Home School Families!
The homeschool packet for the 2016-17 school year is ready. Please remember that the information you provide us is mandatory by the state. It would be greatly appreciated if you could return the forms to the district office by September 15, 2016 so that we have time to compile the information that the state requires by its due date in October. If complete information is not received, the district must report the Home School as “Not Compliant” in our report to the State of Minnesota. Click on the underlined packet that is appropriate for your home school this year, download it, print it, fill it in, and scan/email back to me, or put in the U.S. mail.
