Do you have a 5th grader this year? It is time to register for 6th grade choir, band or band & choir. Use this Google Form to complete music registration.
Is it bullying? We field many reports of situations that have been called bullying. In most cases they don’t fit the definition of bullying. While we still want to be aware of these situations and deal with them, we also want to give a clear definition of what bullying is.

Last weekend 2 teams competed at the State Robotics competition. Team CHOCOLATE with team members Luke Aaseby Brantley Cluka Garrett Guggenberger Kolton Rittenour and team MEGA BOTZ with team members Bently Thorp Henry Jenson Cal Kluver. They both did amazing! Team Chocolate came home with the JUDGES award! It is a HUGE award for the team to receive! The criteria for the award is:

We have wrapped up our diaper drive. We collected 4,543 diapers and 3500 wipes. Last Friday, Jolynn presented the diapers to the Princeton Pantry. Thank you so much to all of you who were able to participate.

We are continuing our reading incentives by partnering with Pizza Barn. This is a sample of the recording sheet that will be sent home. Students who complete this will be able to redeem the sheet for a free personal pizza at Pizza Barn. Once completed it gets signed by the teacher and parent and then can be redeemed.

Jolynn, a 4th grader at the Intermediate School, approached me this week because she wants to help families with very young children who could use diapers. We are supporting Jolynn’s initiative and will be having a Diaper Drive. More details on how you can support this effort will be in the next Update.
