Create your account.

In the login window, click the button to create a new account. Enter parent/guardian name, address, phone number and email, then create a password. Click create account to continue.

Set up payment method.

Once you have your payment method setup you can pay various school fees, such as Food Service Accounts, Technology Fees, Preschool Tuition, and Activity/Athletic fees. To setup your payment account, click on "My Account" then "My Settings". Here, you can add a checking account or credit/debit card for your payment methods.

Select an item for payment.

Food Service: Click the Food Service Family Access button. Click payment portal which will prompt you to login to your Skyward Family Access account. Choose either "one time payment" or "setup auto replenish". Enter payment amount, then "add to cart". You can either continue shopping or proceed to cart.

School Fees: Under the "shop" menu, select the school that you would like to make a payment to, then the payment category. Next, you will need to choose the student the payment will be assigned to. If you are a new user, you will need to add your student:

  1. Enter student's last name.
  2. Enter student's ID number (this can be found on the Student Info section in Skyward Family Access under 'other ID').

Once verified, you can add the selected fee to your cart, and you can either continue shopping or proceed to cart.

Activities or Athletics: Under the "shop" menu, select the school that your student will be participating in an activity or athletic team. Then, select "Activities" or "Athletics" and choose the appropriate activity. Next, you will need to choose the student the payment will be assigned to. If you are a new user, you will need to add your student (see instructions under School Fees to add a student). Once verified, you can add the selected fee to your cart, and you can either continue shopping or proceed to cart.

Purchasing Custom Items

Occasionally classes or clubs will have special items to purchase, such as the Horticulture Class Valentine Flower Sale, or the Onward Greeting Card sale.  Follow these steps to make a custom purchase:

Step 1

Make note of your order total, then click on the RevTrak link to pay.

Step 2

Click on "school fees".

Step 3

Click on "High School" (or whichever school is hosting the sale).

Step 4

Click on "Valentine Flowers" (or whichever item you are purchasing).

Step 5
  1. Enter your sale amount (from Step 1).
  2. Enter customer name (aka the name that you used on the order form).
  3. Click add to cart (if you miss this step you won't be able to check out).
Step 6

Click on Checkout, and proceed with preferred payment method.
