Testing
The GED is the equivalent of a high school diploma. There are four parts to the computer-based test:
- Social Studies
- Science
- Reasoning Through Language Arts
- Mathematical Reasoning
To take the official test you must be 19 years of age or older or apply for an age waiver and have a valid government issued photo ID. The cost is $30 per subject area. Work with the guidance of a licensed teacher to prepare for the GED tests. We will determine where you need extra support in order to pass all four sections of the test, and distance learning options are available as well!
