For our programs, "parent" can mean a child's mother or father, but it can also include a significant adult in a child's life; for example, a grandparent, aunt, uncle, foster parent, step-parent, caregiver, etc.
- What about my other children?
Most classes offer free childcare for siblings. Please register for sibling care when you register for your ECFE classes.
- What if I don't live in the district?
Families living in Princeton School District #477 have priority when registering for our ECFE classes, but non-residents are welcome to register and may participate. We will contact you prior to the start of class if we are unable to accommodate you and your child.
Unless otherwise indicated, classes meet in the Family Center, 706 1st Street, Princeton. Parking is available in the Family Center lot or on the street. Please enter door 1. The ECFE classrooms are on the 1st floor of the Family Center.
- Do you provide home visits?
Whether you are a veteran parent or a new mother, father, grandparent, or guardian and need some help or advise please call our Licensed Parent Educator Amy Korkemeier. She is available to talk to you and possibly do home visits if needed. Parenting is complicated and in ECFE we have many resources that you may find helpful and valuable.
