Facilities

Use of School District 477 facilities is managed by Community Education - Princeton Schools in accordance with School Board approved policy. Please review the rules and policies carefully.  

To request facility use, please use the links to the right to be directed to our Eleyo system.  If you do not have an account, create an account first, then you can navigate to the Facility scheduling through the Explore All Programs drop down on the  top toolbar on the Eleyo site.  All requests need to be made 1 week prior to event for it to be approved.

User Classifications and Fee Level

Class 1: School Sanctioned Events - No cost
Class 2: Resident Nonprofit Groups and Public Agencies - 70% discount
Class 3: Resident Groups - 40% discount
Class 4: Out of District Groups - no discount

General timeline for requests

We have established this general rule of thumb to meet and respond to requests and avoid conflicts

* exemptions can and will be made for events that may be one large event or date/weekend (i.e. tournament, etc..)

Class 1 - Generally scheduled 4+ months prior (games and practice times)

Class 2 - Scheduled 3 months prior to event

Class 3 - Scheduled 2 months prior

Class 4 - Scheduled 1 month prior

Lifeguard: $15/hour, 2-hour minimum
Building Monitor: $16/hour, 2-hour minimum

Custodian: $35/hour, 2-hour minimum
Kitchen Staff: $25/hour, 2-hour minimum
PAC Tech Manager: $30/hour, 2-hour minimum
Riser/Platform: $10/use
Scoreboard: $5/use
Piano: $75/use
