American Indian Cultural Presentation

The American Indian Parent Committee is hosting a cultural presentation on November 16th.  The event will be facilitated by two faculty members from the Leech Lake Reservation school, otherwise known as "the Bug school", short for Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School.  The two elders presenting are Bonita Desjarlais and Jerry Morgan.  Both elders are well versed in  language, stories, art, music, history, spirituality and traditions of Anishinabe, Ojibwe, people in Minnesota.

We will be meeting at the Princeton Schools Student Services Building, 12:30-3:30pm, Saturday, November 16th.  I will appreciate that you RSVP by email to or by phone at 763-389-7186. Lunch will be served so please RSVP by Wednesday November 13th so we know how much food we need.

Thank you, Miigwetch, Pilamayaye!
