Greetings Elders, grandparents, parents and guardians of our American Indian students!
You and your family are invited to attend and take part in our Princeton / Milaca School Districts American Indian Education Parent Advisory Council Meeting. The Parents Advisory Council is a voice for you to provide input on how well our school districts are meeting the cultural, developmental, and academic needs of our students. It is a voice for us to be advocates for each other and our children as they navigate the celebrations, challenges, and complexities of their education.
We will share a light meal together, enjoy something cultural, and do a little business...but mostly our meetings are about connections and great conversations. It's about building community and a comfortable learning environment that will prepare our students for life!
This will be our first meeting this school year, as we were waiting on our program approval from the MN Dept of Education. Join us on Tuesday, December 18 at 6:00 pm in the Princeton Student Services Building, located at 1506 1st Street. RSVP to Gary Loch at firstname.lastname@example.org
