Last August when we were planning for back to school during a pandemic, we made a major change to our transportation system and shifted from a single-tier system to a two-tier system. 
So what does that mean? Each of our buses used to run a single route and pick up students Pre-K-12. This year we changed school start times and scheduled each bus to run two routes so that we could have fewer students on buses. There were some pleasant outcomes with that change, including fewer discipline incidents and eliminating the transfer hub. So we are asking the question:  is a two-tier bus system something to keep? We are in the process of conducting a cost-benefit analysis, and we are interested in your opinion. Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey by February 26.
