25-26 Bus Form Now Available!

The bus form for next school year is now available in Family Access. All students who need bus service this fall (September 2025) will need a new bus form filled out now.

Why?

  • Due to bus capacity and staffing, Palmer Bus needs to route buses every summer.
  • The earlier we get forms, the easier it is to create and adjust routes as necessary.
  • In order to ensure your student has a bus schedule on the first day of school, you must submit your form now.
  • We cannot guarantee busing during the first week of school if a bus form isn’t filled out by July 31.

Instructions

  • Log into Family Access
  • Click on Online Forms, then ‘fill out form’
  • Fill out the form then click submit. View this video for help.
  • If you have no address changes you can indicate that on step 1 and skip to the end!
  • If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.

FAQs

  • Q: My student lives in split households. How do I fill out the form?  A: Fill out the alternate address notes in section 2 of the bus form.
  • Q: My kindergarten student isn’t showing up in Family Access!  A: Check again after June 11 (new students will be activated for the new school year). We will send out a message to affected families when form is live!
